Today I exercised for the first time in weeks. It felt awesome. Food wasn't so wonderful, but this calls for baby steps, people!

Food:
Honey wheat bagel with cream cheese for breakfast
Five dinosaurs chicken nuggets with some ketchup, about 2c of a mixed greens salad with a little italian dressing, and a croissant with margarine for dinner.
Organic ice cream square [Whole Foods' answer to the Klondike bar] for desert.

Exercise:
60 crunches before work [20 middle, and then 20 to each side]
Wii Fit- Lunges, Single-Leg-Extensions, Rowing Squats, and Single-Leg Twists for stength training, and then Warrior and Standing Knee for yoga. And I tried the bubble-river balance game and failed hard.
60 more crunches same as before.
